Lead Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are responsible for organizing and maintaining data collection and statistical analysis systems for programs; conducting behavioral assessments and program implementation; directing clinical activities and staff/caregiver training. The Lead BCBA supervises BACB trainees within their workday to provide observations and guidance as trainees work within their Clinical Supervision Program. This position is a supervisory position for a master's or doctorate level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with PA Behavior Specialist Licensure.
