We are looking for a BCBA who aspires to help children make significant breakthroughs, mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to become better clinicians, and balance scientific rigor with sensitive care. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong clinical judgment
  • Communication that builds trust

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs
  • Partner closely with families and Caravel teams
  • Let data guide your decisions, and keep each child squarely at the center
