About The Position
Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Richmond clinic. This role is designed to provide the support and respect that BCBAs deserve, moving away from endless emails, chasing RBTs, and administrative burdens. Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and other team members.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data.
- Collaborate with a dedicated BCBA Supervisor and Clinical Director.
- Focus on clients and supervision while a liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
- Utilize provided QA systems and goal banks to streamline planning.
- Manage a reasonable caseload to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes.
- Pursue growth opportunities towards Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles.
