We are BCBA-owned and led, with a team of more than 20 BCBAs and a commitment to individualized, family-focused services grounded in behavioral science. We’re seeking a Lead BCBA who wants to shape clinical quality, mentor others, and build a clinic culture they can feel proud of. You’ll partner closely with the Clinical Director, Clinic Manager, and Social Group Coordinator to support thoughtful treatment decisions and staff development.

Requirements

Current BCBA certification and Rhode Island licensure or eligibility.
At least two years of BCBA certification and two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong clinical judgment, staff coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to ethical practice, family partnership, and meaningful client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical services, guiding assessment, treatment planning, programming, and data-based decisions.
Promote ethical, individualized care that reflects client needs and family priorities.
Review assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and behavior intervention plans for quality and effectiveness.
Mentor BCBAs and Student Analysts through supervision, modeling, training, and constructive feedback.
Support staff performance, complete assigned evaluations, and address concerns promptly.
Provide clinical guidance during behavioral crises and support established safety procedures.
Partner with clinic leadership on staffing, scheduling, groups, and daily operations.
Support clinical intakes, parent coaching, family concerns, and client transitions.
Collaborate with OT, SLP, and other professionals.
Oversee documentation standards and contribute to company-wide clinical initiatives.
