The position involves mentoring staff, building clinic culture, and growing as a leader, with the support of proven clinical systems, a leadership team, and streamlined processes. The clinic serves families in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Passionate about mentorship, collaboration, and leadership
- Committed to high-quality, ethical ABA therapy
