Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as required.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installing Bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, Manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines.
• Follow the Company Polices and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.
