Requirements

  • Leadership background, creativity in menu/cocktail development, strong inventory management, POS experience (Micros/Simphony) is required
  • Previous bartending experience and or leadership preferred
  • Menu development and cocktail creation
  • Inventory and ordering experience
  • Experience with Micros/Simphony or other POS systems
  • Beer, wine, and spirits certifications
  • Scheduling experience
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting delicious beverages.
  • Promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills whenever possible to maximize revenues
  • Set up bar and back bar according to established procedures
  • Monitors guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease
  • Verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock
