About The Position
Starwood Hotels is seeking an affable, creative, and accommodating Lead Bartender for their outdoor oasis, Tala Beach. This role requires someone with the skills to win multiple mixology awards and the enthusiasm to provide guests with a memorable, mood-lifting experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about Food & Beverage and has a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. Responsibilities include training team members on bar operation SOPs, communicating bar inventory needs and forecasting demand for menu items, and creating detailed nightly reports on staff performance, client incidents, and maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
- Experience in Beverage operations.
- Team player.
- Hard worker.
- Detail oriented.
- Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
- Ability to win multiple mixology awards.
- Ability to create new cocktails utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients.
