About The Position
Rosati’s Pizza is a family-owned Italian food and pizza restaurant, established in 1964. We are known for our authentic Chicago-style pizza and Italian cuisine, made with high-quality ingredients and delivered with superior customer service. We are growing fast and looking for passionate individuals to join our team. As a Server, you will make our customers' dining experience memorable, whether they are celebrating a special occasion or simply craving our pizza. You will be a team player, assisting wherever needed, from operational tasks to ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage downtime effectively, and remains calm under pressure. Our aim is to serve our guests and communities well, and we believe this starts with our people. Creating a positive and productive workplace is a priority for both Rosati’s Pizza and our franchisees.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to be on your feet approximately 90% of the shift
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Responsibilities
- Start with side work to ensure a smooth shift.
- Serve customers in a friendly manner, attending to individual needs.
- Take orders, cash out checks, and fulfill other customer requests.
- Total bills, accept payments, and make correct change for guests.
- Assist wherever needed, including operational tasks and drink refills.
