If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. As the Warehouse Lead, you will oversee our production area, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and legality standards. This role involves monitoring equipment and material handlers, verifying packaging code dates, and assisting with inventory control. The ideal candidate will also handle material loading/unloading, conduct area inspections, and process SAP functions.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing or food environment; 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and complete legible documentation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in bakery production or ingredient handling
  • Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and food‑safety protocols
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor issues or identify process concerns
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork orientation

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the area to ensure equipment and material handlers are working according to food safety, quality, legality standards, and schedules.
  • Monitors and ensures that all code dates are correct on packaging prior to shipping.
  • Assist with raw materials and packaging inventory control
  • Material handling duties as assigned. Included but not limited to load and unloading activities
  • Inspections of areas, including but not limited to, warehouse, racking, forklifts, dock lifts, etc.
  • Cycle count & inventory control assignments
  • Processes SAP functions, including but not limited to Inventory Subcontracting and receiving goods
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor and/or Bakery Director
  • Ensure employees are following all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in your area.
