About The Position

We’re hiring for a Bakery Department Lead to join our Bakery team! The primary focus of this position is to oversee the Bakery Department in the absence of the Department Manager. This position will provide training to new employees, answer guest phone calls in a professional manner, and take special orders. The Bakery Dept Lead is responsible for ensuring continuous delivery of exceptional guest service, actively engaging guests through product preparation, active sampling and suggestive selling, employing a high-level food handling skill to ensure superior quality and freshness of all products, attracting guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere, creating appealing product displays to attract guests, and understanding all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. This position will assist with oversight of the Sweet Shop & Popcorn Shop production and will ensure Sweet Shop & Popcorn Shop products are produced in line with our store operational standards for our guests, as applicable to the retail location.
