At DiBella’s, bread is the most important item produced, and it must look and taste great for every guest. The Lead Baker is responsible for baking the bread according to DiBella’s standards daily. This role requires punctuality, dependable transportation, and a can-do attitude. In addition to baking responsibilities, the Lead Baker must also provide excellent, friendly, and upbeat customer service, prepare and serve a variety of food products, and complete shift duties. The ideal candidate is dedicated to baking bread the DiBella’s way every time, ensuring the fresh, crispy Italian bread that is core to the business.
