Automotive Technician | Up To $60/hr. & Weekends Off | Coddle Creek
About The Position
We are looking for A and B level technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, have a positive attitude, that can diagnose all makes and models. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers. Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first. All 300+ CBA locations offer a modern facility equipped with manufacture-level diagnostic equipment and the latest factory scan tools. CBA shops also offer their technicians a consistent workload, free training, full-time live technician support and access to our private Technician Assistance Center.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Excellent automotive diagnostic skills
- A strong investment in tools
- Ability to Flag 40+ hours per week - depending on shop needs
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor other technicians
Nice To Haves
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
- Leadership ability to manage the workflow of a shop
- ASE Preferred, L1 A-Level Tech preferred
Responsibilities
- Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns
- Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
