Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Clean Driving Record
Valid Driver License
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with troubleshooting and diagnostic repair skills.
Previous experience as a Lift Installer/Technician.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work comfortably at heights up to 90'.
Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
Previous experience leading and managing a team.
A commitment to safety is non-negotiable.
Hands-on attitude.
Eagerness to be part of something bigger and help build and shape the branch from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer requests, delivering high-quality service with a smile.
Install automotive lube lifts and troubleshoot air compressors.
Ensure that all installations and repairs are conducted with safety as the top priority, maintaining equipment and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Leverage mechanical and electrical expertise for flawless operation of vehicle repair equipment.
Diagnose and repair issues efficiently.
Build strong relationships with customers and fellow team members.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring seamless coordination and teamwork.
