Lead Associate
About The Position
As our Lead Sales Associate in Eagle, you’re the steady, friendly point person who keeps the store running smoothly and customers feeling taken care of. This role matters because most of our customer impressions are made right at the counter—and you help set the standard. You’ll bounce between greeting regulars, keeping an eye on what needs attention, and making quick calls on what comes first. Between rushes, you’ll straighten up so the store stays welcoming, check that shelves and coolers look sharp, and help coordinate the next order or receive a delivery. When food is in the mix, you’ll help keep timing and quality on track. You’ll also spend part of the day nudging the team in the right direction—answering questions, reinforcing standards, and keeping the pace upbeat across varied shifts.
Requirements
- Strong customer focus and professionalism
- Solid math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead, coach, and use good judgment to prioritize
Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, courteous service and handle register/cash control accurately
- Keep the store clean, safe, and inviting inside and out
- Stock, price, and rotate merchandise and supplies
- Support food safety and basic food prep/cooking standards
- Follow company policies, complete required paperwork, and help guide/train teammates
