About The Position

As a Lead Associate, you are a key part of the store's daily operations and leadership support. You help set the tone for the team, support the flow of the floor, and step in to guide others when needed. You are still very much customer facing, but you also play an important role in keeping the team aligned, supporting compliance, and helping drive overall store performance.

Requirements

• Previous retail or dispensary experience preferred.
• Leadership or key holder experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable supporting team accountability and compliance.
• Meets all state requirements to work in a dispensary.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the daily flow of the sales floor and customer experience.
• Support Associates during busy periods and more complex interactions.
• Act as a go to for questions, direction, and support throughout the shift.
• Help onboard and train new team members.
• Reinforce company standards, expectations, and SOPs.
• Provide real time coaching and feedback to support team development.
• Ensure every customer receives a consistent and high quality experience.
• Support store goals such as AOV, UPT, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Step in to resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely way.
• Ensure ID checks, transactions, and daily processes are completed correctly.
• Support inventory counts, audits, and delivery check ins.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and audit ready environment.
• Support Managers and Assistant Managers with daily operations.
• Communicate any issues, trends, or opportunities you are seeing.
• Help maintain accountability and consistency across the team.
