Requirements

High school diploma or GED
CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain

Nice To Haves

Experience working with young children (preferred but not required for Assistants)
Reliable, positive, and team‑oriented
CDA or degree in Early Childhood, experience in licensed childcare

Responsibilities

Create a warm, engaging, and safe classroom environment
Support hands‑on learning, social‑emotional development, and age‑appropriate skills
Guide children through daily routines with patience and positivity
Communicate daily with families
Maintain a clean, organized classroom
Collaborate with co‑teachers and leadership
Lead Teachers also take the lead on lesson planning, classroom organization, and developmental observations.
Assistant Teachers support lesson implementation, help maintain an organized classroom environment, and assist with developmental observations.
