About The Position

The Lead Applications Specialist oversees the support, maintenance, and optimization of Radiology information systems, applications, and imaging technologies to ensure efficient departmental operations. This role partners with end users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to resolve system issues, provide training, and support technology implementation. The position also collaborates with department leadership on staffing, onboarding, scheduling, timekeeping, and daily operational support for Mission Partners.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree
• At least 2 years of experience in system analysis or medical imaging.
• At least one year hospital experience
• Requires a high level of organizational skills for sorting/filing duties.
• Previous knowledge of Radiology Information System (RIS) and Imaging Networks.
