Mr. Appliance is looking for a Lead Appliance Repair Technician. This role is for a technician who excels at troubleshooting, enjoys teaching others, and is passionate about improving the lives of families in the community. The ideal candidate values working with a positive team, having fun, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance with no nights or weekends. Ongoing training will be provided.

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Previous experience of two years or more in appliance repair

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments.
Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
Effectively communicate with the office.
