Who We Are Looking For: You are a thoughtful, detail-oriented expert who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Given the intimate nature of Underwear, Loungewear, and technical Shapewear, you must be a subject matter expert in consumer research and performance testing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in body-conscious apparel and "close-to-body" product testing.
• Exceptional ability to manage sensitive, body-conscious discussions with discretion, respect, and inclusivity.
• Ability to turn complex athlete feedback into actionable insights for design and development.
• A track record of identifying opportunities and implementing solutions alongside leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of product testing while evolving practices to advance our global capabilities.
• Expertly interpret quantitative and qualitative data to deliver high-impact reports to Product Creation and Apparel Leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Technical Development, Risk Engineering, and Apparel Labs.
• Build relationships with target athletes to capture feedback that ensures our fit and performance meet the highest global standards.
• Recruit test groups and develop long-term strategies for a broader, more inclusive testing program.
