About The Position
Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Residences at Pearsall Park apartment community in San Antonio, TX. This is a tax credit property with 237 units. This position will pay up to $30.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Three to four years of related experience or training
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Ability to work independently
- EPA or HVAC certification is required
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
