About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Bellevue Place & Mission House Vue apartment communities in Bellevue, NE. These are HUD Senior properties with 84 units. This position will pay up to $26.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Three to four years of related experience or training
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Ability to work independently
• EPA or HVAC certification is required
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
