About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Southside Terrace apartment community in Omaha, NE. This is a tax credit property with 92 units. This position's pay will start at $24.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Requirements

Maintenance experience
Three to four years of related experience or training
Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
Ability to work independently
EPA or HVAC certification is required
Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
Be available for on-call maintenance schedule

Responsibilities

Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
