Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Assistant Teachers)
- Experience working with children preferred (Assistant Teachers)
- Ability to support a play-based curriculum and engage actively with children (Assistant Teachers)
- A CDA (Lead Teachers)
- Some college credits in any field with a commitment to enroll in and complete 6 hours of online or in-person courses in Early Childhood Education within a year of employment at Goddard (We can pay for this!) (Lead Teachers)
- A Bachelor's degree in an early childhood field (Lead Teachers)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet DCFS licensing requirements (All Roles)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills (All Roles)
- Passion for early childhood education and a love of learning through play (All Roles)
