Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ability to support a play-based curriculum and engage actively with children
- A CDA or
- Some college credits in any field with a commitment to enroll in and complete 6 hours of online or in-person courses in Early Childhood Education within a year of employment at Goddard (We can pay for this!) or
- A Bachelor's degree in an early childhood field.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet DCFS licensing requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education and a love of learning through play
