Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Product Development teams to delineate product and technical requirements, emphasizing testability and verification within the product design
• Refining Quality Assurance methodologies and test philosophies to suit the unique requirements of the media technology sector
• Authoring test strategies and plans, developing detailed test cases, and overseeing their execution and automation by Quality Assurance Engineers
• Reviewing literature and patents to inform solutions for complex project challenges
• Participating in technical reviews throughout product development stages to enable comprehensive white-box test design
• Leading problem identification and defect resolution processes, initiating bug investigations, and driving issue resolution
• Mentoring junior Quality Assurance Engineers and providing technical leadership to promote a culture of expertise and continuous improvement
• Advocating for the trial of new infrastructure designs and services, collaborating with vendors for problem-solving when necessary
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
