About The Position

The Lead Analyst, Product Innovation drives the application of AI‑enabled, data‑driven capabilities across the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization. This role focuses on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Python‑based Azure OpenAI solutions, and modern data platforms to enhance analytics, streamline processes, and enable intelligent automation. The Lead Analyst partners with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and operational stakeholders to assess business problems, explore feasibility, build pilots, and evaluate impact. The role requires strong analytical capability, RCM domain fluency, technical proficiency with Python and Azure ecosystem tools, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations. This position supports innovation initiatives by defining opportunities, validating data, contributing to AI‑enabled workflows, and shaping solution requirements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in analytics, data‑driven problem solving, or AI/automation‑focused roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • RCM & Business Understanding: Applies strong knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle workflows, pain points, and regulatory considerations. Identifies viable opportunities for analytics, automation, and LLM‑enabled improvements.
  • Applied AI & LLM Solutioning: Uses practical experience with Generative AI and LLM applications (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, Python‑based Pilots). Focuses on applied problem‑solving, not advanced ML research.
  • Technical Execution (Python + SQL + Azure): Builds pilots leveraging Python, Azure OpenAI, SQL, and Azure ecosystem tools. Partners with engineering and data teams to validate data, refine requirements, and ensure scalable design.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: Breaks down complex problems, analyzes root causes, and structures analytical approaches. Uses quantitative evidence to form recommendations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Works with operations, product, engineering, and data science teams. Contributes to requirements, design reviews, and pilot evaluations.
  • Clear Communication: Synthesizes complex findings into clear insights, summaries, and stakeholder‑ready outputs.
  • Preferred Study Areas: Computer Science, Analytics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current RCM workflows to identify opportunities for LLM‑based automation, analytics enhancements, or process optimization.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop Python pilots leveraging Azure OpenAI services.
  • Evaluate LLM output quality, test prompts, refine feature inputs, and support technical teams in shaping production‑ready requirements.
  • Participate in design and testing of GenAI pilots, RAG workflows, intelligent agents, and AI‑enabled decision support tools.
