About The Position

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the development, integration, and ongoing execution of the IT Operational Resilience operating model, processes, tools, and delivery mechanisms. This includes responsibility for establishing execution rigor, reporting, enabling cross-functional alignment, and continuously improving the program to ensure strategic objectives translate into measurable business outcomes. The role is responsible for driving alignment, resolving dependencies, and ensuring resilience initiatives operate as a coordinated enterprise capability rather than independent workstreams. This role requires an expert understanding of the overlap between business and IT operations, organizational change, program delivery, and process optimization. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy. This role leads the orchestration and integration of resilience initiatives, ensuring alignment across governance, architecture, service continuity, disaster recovery, technology operations, and adjacent resilience disciplines. This includes establishing governance mechanisms, operating cadences, delivery standards, and performance measures that enable predictable execution and continuous improvement. Additionally, this role drives the maturity of the IT Operational Resilience program through improvements in tooling, data quality, process integration, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. This includes helping establish a scalable foundation for critical service resilience, technology continuity, disaster recovery, and resilience performance management. This role supports executive engagement through development of clear, actionable, and data-driven insights regarding program performance, risks, dependencies, maturity, and progress against strategic objectives.
