Lead Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis
About The Position
This role involves investigating complex financial trends and performance drivers across multiple business units to enhance forecast accuracy. The Lead Analyst will create comprehensive financial reports through advanced data analysis and cross-functional performance metrics. They will also build and refine financial models to improve planning accuracy and business insights, and manage departmental budgets through detailed analysis and proactive variance management. Additionally, the role includes reviewing detailed financial presentations with insights for senior leadership and enhancing reporting processes to strengthen financial controls and analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five to seven years of related experience
