About The Position
The Lead Ambassador provides a high level of customer service to all garage parkers with a warm welcome, smiling face, while maintaining the garage and its upkeep.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English easily.
Nice To Haves
- Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers courteously and assist them by answering any questions they may have.
- Direct the customer to the Facility Manager for further assistance if necessary.
- Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized.
- Ensure garages and surface lots are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis.
- Responsible for general maintenance of the garage and surface lots – sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, picking up trash, changing light bulbs, painting etc.
