About The Position

Requirements

  • Must hold and maintain valid FAA A&P certification
  • 2+ years of related aviation maintenance experience required
  • Subject to FAA Drug & Alcohol Testing (DOT Safety-Sensitive)
  • Must have demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to guide and support team members
  • Must be able to accurately read and interpret technical, regulatory, and procedural documentation to ensure maintenance tasks are performed in full compliance with FAA regulations and company standards
  • Must have strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to function effectively independently or as a team member
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Must meet airport badging requirements, including TSA Security background check
  • Must hold and maintain a valid Driver’s License and meet all company insurance criteria

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with Beechcraft 99 and B1900, Embraer EMB-120, Fairchild SA227, Saab 340B aircraft
  • Previous experience with GE T700/CT7, PT6A, PW118 and TPE331 series powerplants
  • Leadership experience within a fast-paced, scheduled maintenance operation

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on aircraft and aircraft components
  • Acts as the first point of escalation for technical issues within the team.
  • Consult and follow FAA, Manufacturer’s and company regulations and procedures as appropriate while conducting aircraft maintenance
  • Complete accurate maintenance records and logbook entries
  • Coordinate with operations regarding aircraft status and return-to-service
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
