Requirements

  • Strong hands-on technical expertise in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, or software development.
  • Ability to evaluate real-world AI/LLM applications, architectures, workflows, and distinguish practical approaches from hype.
  • Experience structuring complex technical knowledge into competency maps, frameworks, skill decomposition, or curriculum logic.
  • Ability to review technical learning content critically and provide clear, structured feedback to authors and internal stakeholders.
  • Seniority level that allows the person to work autonomously after onboarding, take ownership quickly, and deliver strong results with limited supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to mixed stakeholders.
  • Availability to collaborate within European time zones.
  • English fluency for professional communication and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience contributing to technical education, workshops, internal training, or developer upskilling initiatives.
  • Conference speaking, public technical thought leadership, or visible expert presence in the AI space.

Responsibilities

  • Define topic priorities for AI learning programs for technical audiences, including engineers, developers, analysts, and adjacent technical professionals.
  • Decompose AI skills into competency maps, mastery frameworks, and learning roadmaps that can guide curriculum decisions.
  • Review course structures and learning content created by authors to ensure technical accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with intended learning outcomes.
  • Act as an internal subject matter authority for the Curriculum team, helping translate market needs and AI trends into program strategy.
  • Support the selection and evaluation of external authors and experts, helping assess whether they have the right technical depth and practical credibility.
  • Monitor AI trends, tools, and emerging workflows, and convert them into recommendations for new programs or updates to existing curricula.
