Requirements
- Proven experience driving results through other people: managing, motivating, holding accountable.
- Enough AI or CS background to understand technical problems (mastery not required).
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business functions.
- Track record of delivering and measuring outcomes.
- Located in Reno, NV.
- The mindset we hire for: honest, adaptable, committed, with a bias toward speed and ownership.
Nice To Haves
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of AI Builders.
- Drive results through others, motivate, and hold accountability.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications and priorities.
- Coordinate across engineering, IT, product, and operations to move tools from prototype to production.
- Own ROI measurement across the AI product portfolio.
- Set the pace for the team for speed, the standard of excellence for quality, and hold the line for the security gate.
- Within your first two quarters, stand up a functioning AI product pipeline, a team delivering efficiencies consistently, and documented ROI across the portfolio.
- Own the outcomes, not just the roadmap.
