About The Position

Solstice is redefining how life sciences organizations commercialize their products by building a commercial engine that allows pharmaceutical marketers to take control of their content supply chain. We are rapidly growing and working with top life sciences manufacturers and marketing agencies, supporting over 50+ pharma brands. We are at the frontiers of AI, experimenting with LLMs and new frameworks, and have deployed V2 of our platform to customers while aggressively incorporating new technologies. We have raised $3.5mm+ from investors like Twelve Below, Virtue, and the founders of Datavant, Commure, and Paradigm. We are looking for someone with the drive to prove others wrong. We’re looking for a Lead AI Medical Editor to join our core team and help set the gold standard for compliant, scientifically accurate pharmaceutical marketing content. You’ll work to ensure that AI generated content is medically validated and compliant before delivering it to pharmaceutical marketing teams. You will be at the forefront of shaping how life sciences companies create, review, approve, and deploy content at scale. In this role, you will review and validate AI-generated content, evaluating marketing materials, claims, and references for medical accuracy, clinical soundness, and compliance with FDA/EMA regulations. You will collaborate with design and medical copywriting teams to ensure generated marketing content is medically accurate and aligns with brand standards. You will also define editorial and compliance standards by partnering with product and AI teams to encode industry best practices, ensuring our platform consistently delivers high-quality, compliant outputs. Additionally, you will shape next-generation review workflows by collaborating with engineers and data scientists to improve how our AI understands clinical claims, references data, and flags risk areas for reviewers. Finally, you will provide editorial leadership, helping shape the processes and team that will scale our medical review capabilities as we grow.
