Lead AI Engineer
About The Position
We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS and OpenAI to develop AI-powered workflows for document ingestion, classification, extraction, validation, and standardization. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Python, API integration, prompt engineering, structured output, testing, and evaluation. You will be responsible for combining AI-based extraction with deterministic business rules, measuring accuracy, managing exceptions, and supporting human-in-the-loop review. Experience with sensitive healthcare data and production AI workflows is preferred.
