About The Position
cFocus Software seeks a Lead Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
- B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience implementing and coaching agile frameworks in complex IT environments
- Active Advanced Agile certification
Responsibilities
- Serves as the chief Agile coach and facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Drives ART events and processes, facilitates Program Increment (PI) Planning, coordinates with Product Management and stakeholders, and removes impediments to ART progress.
- Coach’s teams and leadership on SAFe principles and practices.
- Tracks and communicates ART performance metrics.
- Ensures alignment across multiple Agile teams and synchronization with enterprise objectives.
