About The Position
Staffworxs is seeking a Lead Agentic AI / AI Engineer for a long-term contract in Schaumburg, Illinois. The role focuses on Generative AI and Machine Learning, including AI agent development, application migration, testing, and production deployment. The position uses a hybrid work arrangement with three days onsite per week.
Requirements
- Strong Python development experience.
- Machine Learning experience.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, MCP, RAG, and Semantic Search.
- React frontend development experience.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform AI/ML services, BigQuery, and Google SQL.
- Experience with SQL, MS SQL Server, and MySQL.
- Comfort with the hybrid work arrangement in Schaumburg, Illinois, including three days onsite per week.
