Requirements
- Seeking Experienced Urgent Care or Primary Care Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
- Previous leadership in Urgent Care is required.
- Current national certification, DEA, and BLS are required.
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style required.
- Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or team coordination experience preferred.
- Current CA state license is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Medical Director and Practice Management Team to support daily operations, provider engagement, and high quality patient care.
- Promote an ownership mindset emphasizing accountability for results, responsible resource management, and contributing to a cohesive, supportive provider team culture.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day leader for Advanced Providers, fostering trust, engagement, and accountability.
- Model an owner mindset by proactively identifying issues, driving solutions, and following through on commitments.
- Support staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and retention to ensure reliable, sustainable practice.
- Promote a positive, inclusive team culture with clear communication, coaching, and timely feedback.
- Partner with site leadership on operational, quality, and patient experience initiatives.
- Promote patient support by demonstrating excellent care, fostering trust, and prioritizing patient-centered care.
- Collaborate professionally with practice and hospital leadership to align on goals, share best practices, and support integrated care delivery.
