About The Position
Provide high quality, efficient medical care to patients in the Department of Medicine/Endocrinology in the outpatient offices. Responsible for general oversight of the Advanced Practice Providers; including education, communication, quality initiatives and scheduling of staff. Foster an environment of camaraderie and engagement among Advanced Practice Providers group and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working as Licensed Advanced Practice Provider
- Leadership experience required
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant degree
- New Jersey License: APN and RN or PA
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- NCCPA
