About The Position

As a Lead Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This role will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to Honeywell Global Security team, and will be based out of our Charlotte, NC office on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role you will operate in a fast-paced environment interacting daily with internal employees and external customers and vendors.  This role will plan travel, coordinate multiple busy calendars, ensure complex meetings are planned effectively, and carry out other key administrative business processes.  This role manages confidential and sensitive information.  The ideal candidate will function with a high sense of urgency, and resourcefulness and be able to effectively prioritize competing objectives.
