Requirements
- 2+ years of bath remodeling, carpentry, trim carpentry, or residential renovation experience
- Ability to complete installations independently
- Experience using power tools and measuring equipment
- Basic plumbing experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Construction, remodeling, general labor, or handyman experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Responsibilities
- Install acrylic bath and shower systems according to company standards
- Assist with demolition and preparation of bathroom remodeling projects
- Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
- Educate homeowners on product care and maintenance
- Complete project paperwork and submit job photos
- Load, unload, and maintain tools, materials, and installation vehicles
