About The Position

Performs a wide range of administrative and accounting duties, from routine to complex in nature. Responsible for processing cash receipts for all service units and managing contract billing activities. Assists with the collection of outstanding customer balances. Provides support with voucher and requisition entry for the department as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 48 months accounting/bookkeeping experience
