About The Position

Accountants are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the organization's finance, payroll and accounting functions. Accountants use their training, education, experience, and judgement for financial management and reporting, general ledger and journal entries, payroll, project controls, accounts receivable, compliance and risk management. This position is in person at the Clovis, California office.

Requirements

• Industry experience in a professional service, construction or other "project-based" accounting environment.
• At least an Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the United States
• Proficiency with project-based accounting software; preferably a Deltek system.
• Understanding of fundamental best practices and standards such as GAAP/IFRS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft platforms.
• Competency for research, organization, documentation, and process execution.
• Ability to problem-solve, communicate and collaborate with peers and project stakeholders.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
