About The Position

ViaQuest is seeking a Lead Accountant to support accounting functions across its organization. ViaQuest provides services through its Circle of Care, including Home Health, Hospice, Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, Veteran Services, Day & Employment Services, Residential Services, and Diversity & Inclusion. The Lead Accountant provides guidance to Staff Accountants and supports accurate accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Four-year degree in accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Staff Accountants and oversee accounting functions.
• Process multi-company payable information accurately into the accounting system.
• Assist in month-end close.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Perform reporting and analysis.
