Lead Account Executive, Large Customer Technology, Marketing Solutions

LinkedInSan Francisco, CA
$230,000 - $350,000Hybrid

About The Position

This role will be based in New York City, Chicago, or San Francisco. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We are looking for a Lead Account Executive to join our Marketing Solutions Large Customer Technology team to continue expanding LinkedIn's position as the premier platform for B2B marketers to reach the world's professionals. As a Lead Account Executive, you will operate as the strategic business leader for a portfolio of 8 enterprise technology customers, partnering with senior marketing executives to drive long-term business growth. Working closely with a Client Solutions Manager and cross-functional partners, you will develop integrated customer strategies, identify new buying groups, and unlock incremental investment through executive relationships, data-driven insights, and consultative selling. The ideal candidate operates as a trusted advisor to Sr Director/VP/SVP/C-suite stakeholders, builds comprehensive account strategies rooted in customer business priorities, demonstrates exceptional business ownership across a complex portfolio, and consistently translates customer challenges into measurable business outcomes. Beyond delivering results, this individual raises the bar for the broader organization by creating scalable frameworks, influencing cross-functional teams, and contributing to a high-performance, collaborative culture. We are looking for someone who is intellectually curious, customer-obsessed, commercially minded, and energized by solving complex business problems alongside customers and teammates. This role is best suited for someone who wants to build enduring executive partnerships, influence customer strategy, and operate with the ownership and commercial mindset of a business owner; not simply someone who manages a portfolio of accounts.
