As a Field Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a field team, participate in and lead trainings for career development, maintain site safety and required site certifications. The compensation range for this role is $26 to $30/hr. commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location. Requirements

  • Experience in Oil and Gas industry (preference given to candidates with natural gas processing/transmission facility experience)
  • Intermediate knowledge in LDAR related hardware and tools
  • Effective computer skills (Excel and Microsoft Office are essential) and proficiency with Android OS
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days only)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Ability to pass a fit test for a respirator
  • Standby and on-call duty may be required, and the individual must be able to respond to the facility within one hour.
  • Ability to work 4/10 schedule

Nice To Haves

  • associate or bachelor's degree in engineering technology or applicable technical degree/diploma
  • related work experience in hydrocarbon detection and measurement, LDAR, instrumentation or stack emission testing or a mechanical background

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of field compliance regarding the LDAR program and safety program.
  • Promote a positive work/team environment
  • Lead weekly safety toolbox talks
  • Manage and maintain use all required PPE, supplies and equipment and assist Field personnel with requirements
  • Manage, perform and review documentation of calibrations/calibration-precision/response time tests/drift checks of monitoring instrument
  • Preparing field reports as required
