About The Position

PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide on-site mental health services within a federally supported residential youth program in Charleston, West Virginia. The program serves young adults, ages 16–24, with the mission to prepare participants for meaningful employment and independent living. This role involves direct clinical services to students and collaboration with residential and program staff in a structured, community-based environment.

Requirements

• Active licensure in the State of West Virginia as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive on-site mental health services to enrolled students.
• Maintain an active presence within the residential environment.
• Deliver individual and group counseling services.
• Engage with students in residential and common areas (dormitories, recreation areas, dining facilities, counseling spaces).
• Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and training to staff facilitating group counseling sessions.
• Support student development, emotional well-being, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold all professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
