About The Position

PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide on-site mental health services within a federally supported residential youth program in Chadron, Nebraska. The program serves young adults, ages 16-24, with the mission to prepare participants for meaningful employment and independent living. This role involves direct clinical services to students and collaboration with residential and program staff in a structured, community-based environment.

Requirements

• Active licensure in the State of Nebraska as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP).
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive on-site mental health services to enrolled students.
• Maintain an active presence within the residential environment.
• Provide individual and group counseling services.
• Engage with students in residential and common areas (dormitories, recreation areas, dining facilities, counseling spaces).
• Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and training to staff facilitating group counseling sessions.
• Support student development, emotional well-being, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold all professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
