LCSW/LPC - AMG Psych Office Practice
About The Position
Augusta Health is seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed professional counselor (LPC) with demonstrated skill in psychiatric assessment. As a licensed clinician, you will be entrusted with providing psychotherapy that takes into account the full complexity of human development, relational dynamics, and systemic context, with an emphasis on trauma-informed care. You will deliver psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment within your clinical areas of competence, participate in the therapy rotation of our intensive outpatient program (IOP), and develop treatment approaches that reflect relational, cultural, and developmental understanding. You will also engage in regular consultation and reflective supervision with your peers and maintain accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful documentation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Fully licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- LCSW or LPC license
- Clinical competence
- Humility

Responsibilities
