About The Position

Senior PsychCare (SPC) is experiencing significant growth and is seeking an LCSW/LPC/LMFT with experience providing psychotherapy services to join their team. SPC provides fully integrative behavioral health services to individuals in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. The role involves providing psychiatric and psychotherapy services to patients residing in nursing home facilities, with a team care approach. Providers largely work in the field, with the flexibility to mold their schedule. SPC practices continuity of care and offers telehealth services when appropriate.

Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Must be licensed in Louisiana.
• Must be willing to travel to nursing homes in the assigned geographic region.
• Must be willing to perform telehealth visits.

Responsibilities

• Providing psychiatric and psychotherapy services to patients in nursing home facilities.
• Performing telehealth visits.
• Participating in monthly staff meetings.
• Attending regular treatment team meetings in nursing home settings.
